Osman Textiles Ltd was the first local company who started the interlining business in Bangladesh, in 1992, as an agent of a multinational company, DHJ. Right from its inception, its aim has been to be a reliable partner for the USD 35 billion garment manufacturing industry in Bangladesh.

come up new products for the changing times, and as a result, we have successfully marketed and served few new industries like shoe manufacturing, bags industry etc.
In 2001 Osman Interlinings Ltd. was formed and a factory was established at the Dhaka Export Processing Zone, with a Coating Machine having a capacity to produce 20,000 Meter a day in a single shift.
To meet customers increasing demands the Group decided to go for further expansion of the Interlinings business and consequently, in the year 2004 it formed a Joint Venture with Shanghai Qian Wei Interlining Factory, Shanghai, which is the biggest interlining factory in China, by the name of OTL-Doublegull Manufacturing Co. Ltd, also in the Dhaka Export Processing Zone (D.E.P.Z.).
To keep up with the pace of growth and expansion of the business, the company decided to establish a factory building of its own on the piece of land in 2015, which has become the world’s first green interlining factory.
