FUNCTIONAL FLOW OF INTERLINING PRODUCTION PROCESS

Explore the step-by-step process that ensures the seamless production of high-quality interlining. From raw material selection to the final product, each stage is meticulously designed to deliver durability, efficiency, and precision in every batch.

INPUT

Materials (Base/Resin Fabrics) Input through feeding unit.

PROCESS

Three types of products are manufactured using separate machines in the coating process.

  1. POWDER DOT COATING: This coating is done by a special type of engraving roller and using HDPE, LDPE, PA and EVA adhesive powder.
  2. PASTE DOT/ DOUBLE DOT COATING ON THERMAL BOND: This coating is made using PES powder, PA powder and PU acrylate through screen roller.
  3. SCATTER COATING ON CHEMICAL BOND: This coating is made using HDPE, LDPE, PA and EVA powder.

We are maintaining In-Process Quality with Documents.

OUTPUT

Coated Interlinings are rolled in a big batcher and controlling the fabric tension with the help of speed.

INSPECTION

Quality assurance is key to our production process. Each batch of interlining undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure it meets the highest standards of durability, consistency, and performance before it reaches our customers.

INPUT

Materials (Coated Interlinings).

PROCESS

It basically has three functions.

  1. INSPECTION: Product Inspection is done by visually through machine. There have four special type of light including ultraviolet. The final quality check is done here.
  2. ROLLING: 100 Mtr/200 Mtr Roll as Client Requirement.
  3. PACKAGING: After Inspection & Rolling process the product is packed by polythene / PP tube and a sticker with information is affixed.

OUTPUT

100 Mtr / 200 Mtr Roll for export standard finished Interlinings.
